My Story

Hi, I’m Amanda Kovach, owner and creator of Bodhi Botanicals.

​

I’ve always believed that healing begins with intention. As a massage therapist, my work has been rooted in the belief that nature provides what we need when we’re willing to slow down, listen, and work with it.

​

In 2017, my journey took an unexpected turn when I developed a sensitivity to tea tree oil, an ingredient commonly found in many of the high-quality balms I used during treatments. Rather than compromise the integrity of my work or the experience I wanted to provide for my clients, I began creating my own formulas.

​

What started as a simple goal — to develop an effective sore muscle balm without tea tree oil — grew into something much more meaningful.

​

For years, I experimented in small batches, carefully sourcing organic, therapeutic ingredients and testing each blend through my massage practice. Every formula was refined with intention until the results truly spoke for themselves. By 2020, I was ready to share these creations beyond the treatment room, and Bodhi Botanicals was born.

Today, Bodhi Botanicals products are trusted in luxury spas across Orlando and loved by people who value wellness, purity, and performance. Every jar, balm, and formula is crafted with purpose and carries a piece of the journey that brought me here.
